In this guide, I will tell you why attacking Playstyles are so impactful in EA FC 24, and give you insights on the best formations, must-learn skill moves, and key dribbling techniques. If you have a lot of FC 24 Coins to buy some players, it will be easier for you.

Playstyles

In the brandnew FC 24, we have Play Styles and Play Styles Plus. You need to find players that have a combination of Play Styles. It changes how the FC 24 players move, attack, and just their general value in FC24.

Scoring Playstyles

Vanessa Shot: You got extra emphasis; they’re coming out quicker.

Chip Shot: I will say this; the keeper needs to be off his line.

Power Shot: It’s going to make a world of difference.

Dead Ball Specialist: Deals for the free kicks and set pieces if you’re going for that direct approach.

Power Header: If you’re in the air, got to knock it down, and you will score headers this year.

Passing Playstyles

It will be noticable in all the delivery, especially with through balls.

Incisive Pass: Talking about having some additional curvature. The placement is so noticeable.

Pinged Pass: It gives you a little of that additional whippit, a little quicker, a little faster. Touch and go.

Long pass: It's for switching the pitch or lofted through balls; It going to be more accurate. Everything’s a little quicker; the release is better.

Tiki Taka: Self-explanatory. If you like a bit of that pingpong passing, pass and move, pass and groove, you want to have those one-chos, the ins, the outs. You’re going to play narrow.

Whipped pass: I can’t stress this enough. It is so overpowered, anything with crossing to find players, having a little more pace on those crosses. If you have this play style, it will change how you’re able to provide via the wings.

Ball Control Playstyles

Technical: You have more control. You can take off; everything’s going to be a little faster with the execution.

Rapid: You’re going to be bursting by the opposition. The game is easy for you.

Flare: Gives you that extra variety; you want the fancy flick or the finish.

First touch: It’s going to be crispier, even when your player is receiving a hard pass to take down, whether it’s a thorough ball, a chip through ball, or you’re whipping it into him, a driven pass. All the above.

Trickster: You’re going to have unique skill moves that are specific to only players that have this play style.

Press Proven: It’s better if you’re closing out a game; players can have that additional holdup play with a certain level of comfortability.

Physical Playstyles

Acrobatic: If you’re whipping in crosses, you can get some different animations you have access to, can generate more power.

Aerial: It is offensively and defensively, you’re going to win more headers. These players are climbing that ladder.

Best Attacking Formations

That will help you win more in FC24. Master these formations.

4-2-3-1: We’ve got to start with a classic, the 4-2-3-1. This formation is defensively solid; it has the balance; it will hold a clean sheet. You’ve got width, and you’ve got diversity.

For 4-2-3-1, we’ve got two strikers that can interchange. You have that capability. You can still chase back.

4-2-2-2: On a similar note or a similar page, a 4-2-2-2. Both offensively and then chasing back. It is so difficult to break this formation down. If you’re a bit more of a methodical player, you’ve got that mechanical mindset. The 4-2-2-2 is going to become your best friend.

4-3-2-1: For all my offensive juggernauts, you’re going to love this formation, 4-3-2-1. Finesse shots, the angles, the counterattack, the counter-press.

Must-Learn Skill Moves

These are the must-learn new skill moves in FC 24. We’ve got Vinnie in the arena; this is the best place to practice any skills before bringing it into online play.

Ball Roll Drag: At least a four-star skiller; the animation, the execution is deceptive. You can do it going every single direction, and it allows you to create something out of nothing. You will appreciate this skill move; it’s worth your investment of time. It will change how you attack, especially in the final third.

Skill Move Cancellations: And you can do this via fake shots; you can also do this out of the Power Shot, which I think is easier. You start an animation, and you swap into a cancellation with a different skill move of your choosing. It is unpredictable. If you’re good with some extracurriculars, you’ve got the epitome of expression. You will appreciate this feature; you can change the game; you can shift on the dime; you can adjust, anticipate, play with fluidity. I love it; can you tell that I love it?

Flare Rainbow: This animation, this execution; it’s gorgeous; it’s easy on the eyes. You will need a five-star skiller. I don’t know if it’s the most effective, but you’ve got to incorporate it. It’s must-have material.

Dribbling In FC24

Spoiler: It’s incredible.

R1 Dribble: Please learn the way that you will fly by your opponent. We’re in an airplane together; it’s an express pathway. This is going to allow you to control the game play. It just gives me a moment of clarity, if you will, to improve your Accelerate 2.0.

AcceleRATE 2.0

To improve your attack, you have to understand your players and how they run. Let’s discuss accelerate types this year, in particular, it’s AcceleRATE 2.0.

The three foundation accelerate types control most players fall into this category in FC24. The way they accelerate, it’s more balanced and more agile players, to give you a little more of a boost. The way they move side to side.

Lengthy, taller, strong, physical players, often center backs, it takes them a second to get going, but once they’re in their full pace, they’re in their stride; they’re ready. In EA Sports FC 24, there are four new acceleration archetypes that you should be aware of.

Crossing In FC24

It’s returned. You can score with versatility in the cross. It’s going to be part of your offensive procedure, your operation, if you will. I’m echoing; I’m reiterating the importance of crossing and then the play styles with the crosser, the facilitator, whether that’s a wing back or a winger. It will matter for you being able to score with levels of consistency.

Finishing

You have to refine your finishing to be clinical if you want to have consistency and get more wins in FC24. Understand the angles and understand the play styles: travella, finesse shot, long shot, chip shot. You’re looking to create and replicate those diagonals, outside the box, inside the box. And if they have the play style or play styles, the percentage of the conversion is going through the roof.

I know that I keep stressing play styles, but they’re that important to FC24. It will impact your play from top to bottom.
