Sometimes there are exceptions or errors in our system, so we can't deliver those orders that have problems.
Although this is very rare, there are times when we are not able to fulfill an order within the expected time. Possible reasons include lack of stock, long queues, etc. Our delivery team works hard to reduce this occurrence.
2. UTnice proactively refunds your money
Due to the increasing amount of fraud in our field, we manually review each order to determine risk. If your order is judged as a high-risk order by our staff and fails to pass the verification process, we will proactively cancel the order and complete a refund.
3. How to apply for a refund?

Usually, our customer service will give you a priority to provide you with a feasible solution so that you can get the game currency you want.
4. How long does it take to receive the refund?
Depending on the payment method, the exact time you receive your refund will vary. Typically, if you pay with PayPal you will receive your funds within 24 hours.
If we have no error during the delivery process and you still want to cancel your order, we will not grant your request.
