In EA Sports FC 26's World Cup mode, Menu Grind is the core method for acquiring high-rated player cards and coins. Unlike simply completing matches, Menu Grind utilizes a cycle mechanism of SBCs (Squad Building Challenges) to continuously replenish the club's inventory without consuming additional coins.

Based on multiple tests, this article summarizes a daily repeatable closed-loop process. Starting with upgrades to Bronze and Silver, it ultimately allows players to obtain 84+ or even 90+ player cards while simultaneously generating a stable amount of coins. All steps can be verified in-game.

Basic Cycle

The basic cycle is the starting point of the entire World Cup Menu Grind. Through the progressive conversion of Bronze, Silver, Common Gold, and Rare Gold card SBCs, players can continuously accumulate the high-value resources needed for later stages without investing additional FC 26 Coins.

Bronze and Silver Upgrades

Daily Upgrade is the starting point of Menu Grind and includes four SBCs: Daily Bronze Upgrade, Daily Silver Upgrade, Daily Common Gold Upgrade, and Daily Gold Upgrade.

Bronze and Silver upgrades are handled the same way: each round requires seven Bronze or Silver players, acquired by opening seven Bronze/Silver packs, and stored in the club or storage.

This step requires that there is not enough stock in the club; otherwise, the cycle cannot be completed.

After completing a round, you will receive a fixed number of Gold cards, including 70 Common Gold cards and 7 Rare Gold cards. These FC 26 Common Gold cards will be used in Daily Gold Upgrade to further convert them into Rare Gold cards.

Gold Update Cycle

70 Common Gold cards produced daily are added to Daily Gold Upgrade SBC. Each time, 5 Common Gold cards are consumed, and 5 Rare Gold cards are returned. After completing seven cycles, you will receive 35 Rare Gold cards.

Adding 7 Rare Gold cards produced by Daily Common Gold Upgrade itself, the basic cycle directly produces 42 Rare Gold cards per day. These Rare Gold cards provide ample fuel for subsequent 2x84+ Upgrade SBC runs, ensuring a closed resource chain.

Advanced Conversion

42 Rare Gold cards produced by the basic cycle are the key resource for advanced conversion, which can be further converted into high-rated player cards and recover numerous FC 26 Common Gold cards for the next cycle.

2x84+ Upgrade SBC

In World Cup SBC cycle, Rare Gold cards can be further converted through 2x84+ Upgrade SBC into high-rated players. Each operation consumes 6 Rare Gold cards and yields a pack containing two 84+ players. Using 42 Rare Gold cards produced by the basic cycle as an example, seven operations can be completed, resulting in 14 84+ player cards.

It's worth noting that during actual card openings, you might encounter special cards with ratings of 85, 86, or even 91. These cards can be directly used for temporary upgrades or other SBCs, further improving cycle efficiency.

Besides the high-rated cards produced by 2x84+ Upgrade SBCs, the remaining Common Gold cards from the basic cycle can also be used in 80+ FC 26 Player Picks or other event SBCs to further expand the number of high-rated cards.

80+ FC 26 Player Picks

The remaining Common Gold cards from the basic cycle can be used in 5 of 10 80+ Player Picks or similar event SBCs (such as Festival of Football 80+ picks).

Each round consumes 11 Common Gold cards, yielding five 80+ players, commonly rated 82-83, occasionally 85. These players can then be used again in 2x84+ Upgrade SBCs or for temporary upgrades, making resource cycling more efficient and ensuring a continuous increase in the number of high-rated cards.

Provisions Upgrade

Once you accumulate enough 85+ players during World Cup grind, you can utilize Provisions Upgrade leverage: for every three 85+ players consumed, you receive 25 Rare Gold cards, enough to complete four 2x84+ Upgrade SBC runs.

Provisions Upgrade mechanism allows for exponential growth in the number of high-rated players while ensuring the cycle doesn't rely on additional FC 26 Coins or matches, maximizing daily operational efficiency.

Daily Coins Earnings

In addition to high-rated player cards, the basic cycle also produces Silver Packs, providing a stable source of daily Coins earnings. Over seven rounds daily, you can accumulate approximately 8,000-10,000 Coins, reaching 40,000-50,000 Coins over five days, without playing any matches. After opening Silver Packs, prioritize trading high-value items; discard the rest.

Resource Management and Daily Limits

FC 26's daily SBC limit is seven rounds, including Bronze, Silver, Common Gold, and Rare Gold card SBCs. Temporary upgrades also have daily limits.

After reaching the daily limit, save any remaining high-scoring cards for the next day's cycle, especially Common Gold cards, so that you can directly start Daily Gold Upgrade SBCs the following day without accumulating from zero.

If you cannot complete all seven rounds, completing at least one round will ensure a continuous supply of basic resources.

Simultaneously, accumulated 83 and 84-point cards can be used in TOTW Upgrate or 10x 85 Summer Tournament Nations Upgrades. By consuming lower-scoring cards, you can generate 85-89-point cards, providing a continuous fuel for temporary upgrades.

Through seven daily basic cycles, advanced conversions, and temporary upgrades, World Cup Menu Grind can achieve the following:

Gain 14 player cards of 84+ rank, generate a large amount of player materials of 80+ rank, approximately 8,000-10,000 Coins daily, continuously replenish high-rating inventory, and complete any player's SBC without additional matches.

This is a repeatable in-game SBC loop built around FC 26's existing upgrade system, with no need for extra matches.
