You’ve just bought EA FC 24. You’re ready to play until you realize that you have no clue what team you’re gonna play as. 

Lucky for you, today I will be showing you the best teams to use in FC 24 as well as different challenges and goals you should set yourself with these teams.

Your Local Club

The first team on this list is quite simply: your local club or, in general, the team you support.

When just starting career mode, this is the perfect team to play as as you know what players to buy, what players to sell, and in general, how to run the club. This is always the first team I go for and I would 100 recommend you should, too.

Road To Glory Teams

Next up are a few Road to Glory teams. 

This basically means taking over a team from the bottom division and bringing them up through the levels in an attempt to make them the best team in the world by winning domestic cups, league titles, and most importantly, the Champions League.

Currently, my favorite team to do this is Sutton United, currently sitting rock bottom of League Two.

Now is the perfect time to try and lift them out of the relevant education zone and work towards promotion with a budget of only 1.4 million FC 24 Coins.

Wrexham AFC

Or, how about the newly promoted side of Wrexham being the third oldest football team in the world? They’ve gained automatic promotion last season and returned to English football for the first time in 15 years. 

Your objective is to climb up the ranks and complete Ryan Reynold’s fairy tale dream of winning the Premier League. Chances are this could easily be a very long rebuild, lasting potentially seven, even nine seasons. But if you’re in for the long run, it’s a hundred percent worth the effort.

Rebuild Teams

Now, chances are you probably don’t want to spend half your life grinding FC 24. And that leads me on to my favorite style of teams - Rebuild Teams. Or in other words, teams that were good but are now rubbish.

And the thing that makes this different from Road to Glory teams is that you could pick from any division. The perfect example would probably be Nottingham Forest.

Now, I would give this one a try if you don’t have a lot of spare time in your hands. They’re already in the Premier League, which means no need for promotion. Plus, you already have a full army of players to use. Chances are you can return to European competitions as well as trophies in as little as two seasons.

English Teams

Or what about Newcastle United? Leicester, Sunderland, Portsmouth, Everton and Ipswich Town are also some of the best teams that you could use.

Now, so far, this guide has been very England-based, with every single team I’ve mentioned so far being English. But what if you don’t want an English team? Why not go over to what could potentially turn out?

Saudi Clubs

As you know, the Saudi pro league has dominated this summer’s transfer window, bringing in big names like Neymar, Benzema, and more.

Now is the perfect time to give one of these teams a shot. You can even try to bring in more realistic transfers to the Saudi club to create a complete super team. 

The only downside of choosing one of these teams is the fact that you cannot qualify for a European competition. So, you can’t qualify for the Champions League as well as the Europa and Europa Conference League.

MLS

The MLS is also full of very exciting teams to use. Your go-to team here has to be into Miami. I mean, they have the best player of all time - Robert Taylor.

Germany Teams

Germany is home to some of the best teams to play, as both Schalke 04 and Hamburger SV. Both have their rich history and loyal fan base and both are currently setting in Bundesliga 2 and desperately need to rebuild.

Spain Teams

What about in Spain? Why not take over Villarreal B and make them better than Bolívar themselves? Or why not make a legit country? Jump into Europe.
